The news reports from Venezuela are devastating following the twin earthquakes on June 24. In times of disaster, the foundations of daily life crumble. Lives are
lost. Homes and workplaces are destroyed. Food and water are hard to find. As our neighbors navigate this crisis, our partners at Lutheran World Relief report that
the devastation is even worse than the reports we’re seeing in the news.
